Snapchat Offers Settlement in Illinois Lawsuit
In May 2022, a lawsuit against Snapchat was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Who is Eligible to File a Claim?
The eligibility of filing a claim is for anyone who is a resident of Illinois and has used Snapchat Lenses or Filters between November 17, 2015, and the present. The deadline to file a claim is October 6th, 2022.
