Sure, some of the older problems are still there, but if you look past them, you are getting a game that is a lot of fun, and you can spend hours in the game without any issues. For starters, the Cyberpunk 2077 Character Creation is one of the best too. I know that not many people are going to pay attention to this, but hey, this feature is a lot more fun when you are finally getting a hold of it, and you can just get all things sorted. With that said, let’s look at this extensive guide about creating your perfect character in the game. Sure, you are going to spend time in it, but it will be a lot of fun.

Cyberpunk 2077 Character Creation

The thing with the character creation in Cyberpunk 2077 is that it is extensive, to say the least. Sure, you can just go ahead and get it over within a matter of seconds or minutes, but if you decide to stick around and start exploring the crevices, only then do you realize how much there is to uncover in the first place.

1- Select Your Life Path

Cyberpunk 2077, unlike The Witcher series, gives you a way to choose your life path wherein you get to choose a character and their background. This then gives you unique playing experiences, and while the missions will be different, of course. But the way they play and the way you progress is going to be somewhat different. I started my first playthrough as Nomad, but I have been following some of the other playstyles, as well. The point is, the game allows you to have a lot of fun if you want to have.

Nomad

The first one that I am talking about is Nomad; as the name suggests, Nomads have spent most of their lives in the wasteland outside the Night City, and they have been moving from one place to another without really having a sense of where they belong. However, Nomads are really strong when it comes to having connections, as you will find out in the 3rd half of the game. One of the best things about the game is that regardless of the path you pick, the game makes you feel like you are living in that environment and how it is built for you.

Street Kid

The next up is Street Kid, and well, street kids have been born and raised on the streets. Or in other words, they belong to the streets. They are street smart, cunning, and good with different aspects that make them formidable for the environment. I would say that one path is better than the other, but they all are crafted with such complexity that they feel real, and you feel like that they are all interconnected, which they are, to some extent. The street kid is fun if you want to play as someone who knows the dirty secrets that the Night City holds.

Corporate

The last one is the Corporate, or as the game calls them, “corpos”. Corporates are the ones that have everything one could need, and they have been working in a cutthroat environment for as long as one can remember. Granted, playing with this life path might not be for everyone, but once you get started, you get to realize how fun it is, and choosing the corporate life path does come with its perks as well. Needless to say, all the life paths are excellent, and you get to enjoy a lot and that too, without any issues that you might face.

2- Appearance

Now that we are done with talking about the life paths, the next step is to choose the appearance of your character. This is perhaps the most extensive aspect of the game, and therefore, you are going to spend quite some time here, but hey, it is fun, and you will not have a lot of issues making the best character there is. If you want to nail this aspect, just take your time before you get to decide which character is best for you.

Voice tone: As weird as it may sound, Cyberpunk 2077 lets you select the tone of your voice for both male and female characters. Skin tone: Skin tone is the second option that you get to choose from, and there are some good options available and more so with mods. Skin type: Sounds strange, I understand, but if you are looking to have a different type of skin in the game, the game will let you do that. Hairstyle: Of course, hairstyle is considered to be an important part of character creation, and we cannot go without it. Hair color: We all know how your character would look and feel incomplete if you do not give them the right type of hair colour. Eyes: Despite taking less space on the face, the eyes are important, and we do not want to go with something that looks out of place. Eye colour: The eye colour of your character is also very important for everyone to play with and decide the right one. Eyebrows: How can one mess up the eyebrows, right? Well, do not worry. The game allows you to have the eyebrows you want. Eyebrow colour: Once you are done deciding the styling on eyebrows, you can go ahead and choose the right eyebrow colour for an easier experience. Nose: Yes, we are not going to forget the nose in the game because without that, your character will look incomplete. Mouth: Moving on to the mouth, you have to make a careful decision here because again, we cannot miss this one. Jaw: Do you want to give your character a sharp jawline? Why not go ahead and choose how you are going to do it. Ears: A wrong set of ears are going to make your character look like a clown and if you want to avoid that, be careful. Cyberware: Cyberware are essentially any cyber enhancements that your character might or might not be carrying. Facial scars: I have always loved the scars on my characters as they tell a story, and having these facial scars is fun. Facial tattoos: Do you like tattoos? Well, Cyberpunk 2077 is going to give you a lot of options through which you can ink your character. Piercings: Can we go without piercings? We certainly cannot, and therefore, you do have some good options. Piercing colour: Piercing colour is a lot more important than one might think, and CDPR understands this better. Teeth: Even if you are playing a disgruntled player, you do need to be sure that the teeth are based on your preference. Eye makeup: A bad eye makeup can ruin anyone’s day, and we are all aware of that. Therefore, you have to sort that out. Eye makeup colour: The right colour of the makeup is going to be one of the most important things to focus on. Lip makeup: Lips are up next in terms of makeup, and we are never really going to overlook this aspect of your character. Lip makeup colour: You really cannot mess up the lip makeup colour when going to the night city now. Cheek makeup: Putting makeup on your cheek is important, and therefore, you have to focus on this properly so you can have an easier experience. Cheek makeup colour: You also have to start looking at the cheek makeup colour because, let’s be honest, you cannot overlook this. Blemishes: Blemishes do sound strange, no. But this is Cyberpunk 2077, and everything that you are going to run into will be strange, Blemish colour: Surprised? Don’t be. You can customize more or less anything in the game, and it will blend in just fine. Nails: Next up, we start paying attention to the nails and how you would prefer them. You know, some people do pay attention. Nail colour: The colour of your nails is going to be able to tell a lot about you, and we cannot just overlook that now, can we. Chest: Moving to the chest, you will have to start customizing your character’s chest and how it is going to look. Cannot go without that/ Nipples: Yes, as weird as it may sound, the game does allow you to customize the nipples as well because why not. Body tattoos: Moving on to the body tattoos, you have some good selection ranging from bodysuits to what not. Body scars: Body scars can be a lot more appealing for a lot of people than one might think, and the game will allow you to choose. Genitals: Yes, the one thing that everyone wants to mess around with, the game allows you to choose between genitals. Penis size: Can we have the proper customization without being able to choose the right size of the penis? Pubic hairstyle: One could say that this is taking it too far, but it is Cyberpunk we are talking about. Pubic hair colour: Does the carpet match the drapes? Well, of course, you will have to focus on that, too.

3- Attributes

You now have to start focusing on the attributes that you are going to give your character. Cyberpunk does give you a list of attributes to choose from, so you do not have to worry about this. Body: The Body attribute in the game is going to allow you to customize how physically strong you are as a character. I do understand that different people might have different preferences here but making the right choice is not that difficult. You just have to be certain about the choice that you are making, and once you are done with that, you can go ahead and have the experience you are looking for. Choosing the right attributes in the game is important, and while you can always increase and enhance your experience later down the road, these things in the start matter a lot, and you cannot go wrong when making the choice. Intelligence: Some people want to focus on playing as someone who is more intelligent and can easily get out of the conversations. I understand that this might not be for everyone, but if you are looking to play as a pacifist and you want to be sure that you are catering to all your intelligence needs, then focusing on this attribute is going to help you a lot. Now, I do understand that this might not be for everyone. That is why what I suggest everyone is to look for a balance between intelligence and body, along with some of the other attributes, because again, we cannot choose one thing over the other entirely. After all, doing so can compromise your overall playing experience until you start leveling up and getting the attributes right. Reflexes: When I first started the game, I was confused because I was not sure about what the Reflexes attribute is going to do for me in the first place. I know it might be confusing for a lot of people, but the thing that you should be able to understand here is that going for reflexes is going to help you have better maneuverability in the game. Granted, the game got rid of the much-hyped wall running option, it is important to understand that despite that, you have some other options that you can go for, too. For starters, movement plays a huge role in the game, and when you are spending points on Reflexes, you are choosing something that will help your character move faster, which is going to be great for anyone who wants to truly nail the game in terms of how fast they can run. Technical: The second last attribute that we have is technical. It is going to confuse some people at the start, especially because the skill tree and attribute system in the game is one of the most extensive ones that I have seen, and it can be confusing for a lot of people if you are not being careful and choosing something right and good is very, very important. Therefore, making the right choice is always important and something that I would suggest. For those wondering what Technical does, it refers to you all the abilities that adhere to a character’s technical aptitude, and once you do focus on upgrading this stat, you basically will have an increased chance of finding loot that you can craft into something and have an increased armor as well. I understand that this might not be something that everyone is looking for, but if you do focus on it, you can have a wonderful overall experience and truly become a force to be reckoned with. Cool: This is the one attribute that confused the life out of me when I first started the game because I did not know what to do with it at the start. However, after some digging around, I finally realized what I was getting into. For those wondering, the Cool attribute refers to willpower as well as self-control. If you want to work on this attribute, it is going to help you increase your stealth and how quickly the enemies can spot you. This will also help you boost your critical hit damage, and improve your resistance against various elemental effects. Cool is more or less an overall attribute, but it also has some unique perks to itself. Therefore, if you are looking to have that experience, I would highly suggest focusing on this attribute as well. But at the end of the day, for a definitive experience, focusing on all the attributes would make more sense.

Create Your Cyberpunk-Themed Avatar From A Selfie

Sounds weird, I know but then again, what exactly is not weird about Cyberpunk, in the first place. Well, if you are wondering, there is a neat little trick that allows you to create your Cyberpunk-themed avatar using a selfie, and the process itself is straightforward if you look at it. For those wondering, you have to head over to https://readyplayer.me/cyberpunk. Once you are there, the rest of the process is simple. Still, make sure that you are visiting the website I talked about using a device that has a front-facing camera. Then take or upload a selfie, then go ahead and customize your avatar’s hair, eyes, tattoos, clothes, and more. Once that is done, you just have to go ahead and save the avatar that you have just made, and you are good to go.

These Are The Funniest Created Characters On The Internet

Now, this is something that a lot of people did not expect, but Cyberpunk 2077 has some of the funniest characters, all thanks to the character creation tool. I can only assume that some people had a lot of free time on their hands and decided to take the idea of creating some characters that I can never forget in the first place. With that said, I am going to be looking at the characters that I thought should be on this list. After all, it is better that you are fully aware of what you are getting into before you start playing the game. 1- Mia Khalifa: One would think that the adult movie start is safe from the clenches of the internet when it comes to custom character creation, but Mia Khalifa is a geek herself, and not just that. People love her despite her no longer being part of the industry. So, fans decided to pay a not so usual homage to her and created a character based on a stark likeness to her. Of course, not everything lined up, but you still got a pretty convincing character to begin with. Which is still an impressive achievement. 2- Peter Griffin: Who does not love the lovable Peter Griffin, right? However, you can never really imagine him walking around in the Night City and trying to survive the harsh world. Well, the fans think otherwise as someone decided that Peter Griffin would fit right in in the world of Cyberpunk and that he did. Sure, the character might look a bit out of place to some because you do not see people like him in the game, but it still is a funny thing to do. 3- Mark Zuckerberg: I will be honest here. Mark Zuckerberg is someone who you can think would belong to the Cyberpunk universe, and therefore, someone decided why not give it a go and try for themselves. You can easily go ahead and create your very own version in the game as well, and there are some mods available too for you to try out. The point is if you want to see the co-founder of Facebook and a billionaire in the Night City, why not just go ahead and play as one, right? 4- Quorra: I am not sure about others, but I have always felt that Tron: Legacy was a lot more underrated, and it should have deserved a lot more praise than it got. Sadly, we never got to see Tron on the big screen again, but the one character that won the hearts of many from the movie was Quorra, played by the gorgeous Olivia Wilde. Well, if you want to bring Quorra into Cyberpunk, a place where she truly belongs, that is entirely possible, and it is not difficult either. So, you can get started on creating that character right away. 5- Elon Musk: I can see a future where Elon Musk is ruling the Night City as the genius billionaire who has the resources and brains for it. However, until that happens, you can play as Elon Musk in the game, and while it might be strange to see Musk holding a gun and killing people around, it certainly is one of the funnier characters available. 6- Homer Simpson: Nothing about Homer Simpson being in the Cyberpunk 2077 adds up, to be honest. However, it is something that you should be looking into, and if you are looking to have the experience you want, it is one thing that you should be focusing on. 7- John Freeman: If you are familiar with Half-Life in its entirety, then you must know who John Freeman is. For those who do not remember, he is the non-canon brother of Gordon Freeman, and while Gordon himself is not in the game, that does not mean that John cannot be in the game as someone thought it would be a great idea to add John Freeman in the game and why not.

Character Build Planner & Calculator

Cyberpunk 2077 has one of the most extensive character builder processes that one can find, and in some cases, I would say that this is perhaps the most complex ones that I have encountered. Thankfully, the folks over the internet have decided that you do not have to be alone in this as they have made a build planner and calculator that can help you have the best character that you can make. Just head over to https://nukesdragons.com/cyberpunk-2077/character and get started.

12 Coolest And Unique Features In Cyberpunk 2077

The world of Cyberpunk 2077 is filled with Easter Eggs, and you will realize that most of the mission names are named after some of the most popular songs, as well. However, this is not it, as there are a lot of other hidden features in the game in the form of Easter Eggs that you get to explore.

Throwback to CJ and Big Smoke train mission. Fallout 3 vault 101 can be found in the game as well. Indian Jones fridge can also be found in the game, so if you are a fan, you should check that out. The game also has a really good Mad Max Fury Road throwback to the amazing film where you can check. Cyberpunk 2077 also throws a good Terminator 2 Easter Egg. The throwback is to the famous truck scene from Terminator 2. The game also gives you a throwback at the Witcher 3, specifically the smuggler’s cache that you can find in the water. Moving forward, there is also an Easter Egg relating to Mike Pondsmith, the creator of Cyberpunk 2077, or the universe as a whole. In addition to that, you are also getting the Bladerunner Roy Batty scene. It shows the legendary monologue about tears in the rain, or well, something similar to that. Cyberpunk 2077 also gives you an Easter Egg referring to 10 Cloverfield Lane. There is another Easter Egg about Takemura’s origin in the game, which is something that you should be looking for. Moving forward, you are also getting the Demolition Man, especially the three seashell references. Last but not the least, there is a cool email Easter Egg that I will not spoil for you, but you will run into it.

Although Cyberpunk 2077 does not have the heart and soul of the Witcher 3, it does present something unique to the game and a world unlike any I have seen before. Sure, the game is going to take some time before it is finally sorted out, and players can enjoy it on a much larger scope. But for what it is at the moment, it still is a lot of fun, and if you are looking to create your very own character in the game, Cyberpunk 2077 will let you bring your fantasies to life, and you honestly will not have any problems that might come in the game. Overall, Cyberpunk 2077 is an excellent game with an even better character creation tool that you can use to give birth to all sorts of monstrosities and some really good looking characters. The choice, of course, is all yours, so take your time and have fun with it.
