You can use the iPhone Shortcut Automation to set a future time to send a message. It is very convenient when you need a message to be sent to someone but later. - Open the Shortcuts app.
- Tap on the Automation tab.

- Tap Create Personal Automation.
- Select the Time of delay. Enter time.
- Tap on Month, and adjust the date according to your preference.
- Tap Next.
- Tap Add Action.
- Select Send Message and choose the recipient.
- Type the message.
- Tap Next.
- Review the new automation before tapping Done. If you are sure about all the details in the new automation and want to send the message at a decided time without having to confirm once again, you can toggle the Ask Before Running option. When it’s turned off, the automation will run automatically.
