It is an affordable SSD that has enough performance to play in the major leagues and does so without any issues that might come in the way. Just be sure that you are aware of the thermal issues, and you are going to do just fine when you get it.

Due to how you are looking at a QLC-based SSD, you are getting a slow write speed once the write cache fills, the endurance-per-gigabyte is also on the lower side, and you can run into some throttling issues, but my unit did not run into any such issues when I placed the SSD under the passively cooled M.2 slot.
